I recently stayed at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options available. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool, were simply epic. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Manado! Highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff and management. reception team has been beyond our expectations. Wonderfully.team, housekeeping and all F&B team always ready to please you. Great breakfast buffet with a fresh selection of dishes. Will mention as well the efficiency and professionalism of the security guards. Location of the hotel with sea view over the Manado bay.

The location of the hotel offers some stunning views over the bay of Manado. The rooms were reasonably clean and the breakfast was varied enough.

We stayed on the 11th floor, the view was stunning, the staff was really friendly and caring, the breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious (big up to the roti pudding).

I had a room with a view of the ocean. Bed was very comfortable. They have a great pool with a view out to the islands. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet. I'm vegetarian and plenty of options for me. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was being picked up at 2pm to go to the islands and they generously allowed me a late checkout at 2pm. I'll definitely return.
